How can we help?

For questions, feedback or technical help, email support@dream-poet.com. Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and a description of the issue. Please do not send sensitive medical information.

Weather and maps

Weather uses your location and an internet connection; you can turn weather off in the app. Map backgrounds also require an internet connection. Other location features use the device's location permission.

Purchases

To restore a previous purchase, open the Pro screen in the app and choose Restore Purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple.

Emergency situations

If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency services. An SOS signal or a prepared message does not automatically call for help.
